We had the most enchanting stay at this cozy retreat. The cottage had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to a comfortable bed. The hot tub was a dream, perfect for stargazing at night. The location was ideal, nestled at the foot of majestic mountains and close to many attractions. We even got to meet Mosi, the owner's adorable dog. We can't wait to come back and experience it all over again!

The location of this cottage was stunning, with beautiful mountains, streams, and walking trails. The owners were friendly and welcoming, allowing us to meet their cows and buy fresh milk, which tasted great. The cottage was clean, warm, and comfortable, providing a sense of privacy. Its location close to the highway was also convenient.
It was not prepared for use upon our arrival, with snow still in it. Despite the owner's attempts to fill it, we couldn't get it to work properly and ended up emptying it.

We had a great time staying at the cottage. It was located in a very beautiful and quiet area, providing privacy and stunning views. We spent a full day exploring the surroundings and even had the company of the owner's playful dog, who joined us on our mountain hike and played fetch with us. The property's proximity to famous waterfalls, Seljalandsfoss and Skogafoss, made it a convenient stop on our journey. The cottage itself was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. We will definitely consider returning if we visit Iceland again.
Nothing, no complaints at all. 👍

The amazing setting allowed us to witness the beauty of the northern lights. The trails surrounding the hotel were a joy to explore, and we even had the opportunity to watch cow milking and enjoy some delicious milk. The private hot tub and veranda with a gas barbecue added to our overall relaxation and enjoyment. The owners were friendly and accommodating, and their children took care of our check-in process. The cottage itself had a charming Swiss cottage style and was well-equipped with everything we needed. Despite the small bedrooms, the location was peaceful and serene, with a magnificent gorge just a short walk away. we highly recommend this good cottage for a nice and cozy farm stay.

Amazing views of the mountain, cozy cabin with a dining area and sitting area. Loved the CD player and private entrance. The nearby farm even arranges horseback riding. Who needs a restaurant or grocery store anyway?. Pleasant: Can appreciate the calm location. Pity about the owner's overcharging and surprise cleaning chores. It's so much fun finding out about these things when you arrive.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful, secluded cabin nestled against its own waterfall. The hiking trail along the side of the waterfall was breathtaking, and we spent the whole day exploring the surrounding area. The cabin itself was spacious and cozy, with a lovely porch to relax on. The hot tub was a nice touch, even though we didn't get a chance to use it. It was also convenient to have dining options within walking distance at the nearby hotels. Plus, being surrounded by Icelandic horses added to the charm of the location.
One thing to note is that the cottage only has one large bed and two smaller beds, so it's important to keep this in mind if you're traveling with a larger group. Additionally, it's necessary to purchase food before arriving if you plan on cooking meals in the cottage.
